I love Tokyo
Tokyo is more than fantastic. If you should choose a big city holiday, this city have it all. The people here are amazingly polite, calm, curious about foreigners, truly helpful people!!  The city is modern and seems to welcome everything that's new and amazing. The buildings are stunning. Population in tokyo is roughly12,790,000. But  we didnt experience the city as crowded or boisterous. But then we didnt experience the train during rush hours! Their asphalt on the roads are made to prevent noise. Much of their systems are incredible. Although it has to be that way to make a city with circa 12,790,000 to function. But still, i think, wow what a city!!

This is the shopping area and its also known for the amount of restaurants! You never starve in Tokyo! You can find restaurants on street level and up to 47th floor (or more). If you are looking for another shopping area, i recommend Roppongi, Tokyo midtown and Shibuya! In this areas you will find fachion shops, design shops, art galleries, and of cause a lot of restaurants and bars. Is architecture one of your interests, you should go to Tokyo!!
During nighttime i feel safe walking around in the Ginza area. When it comes to Roppongi, we have been recommended to stay away from the area during evening, night time. Fights and a lot of drunk people are more common in the Roppongi area during night time.

From 4pm saturdays to monday morning,Ginza main street (and other streets in Tokyo) became pedestrian zone.No cars:). People used the pedestrian zone for walking,jogging and cycling:) Love the solution!
